The latest addition to the Background Noise Family is ROLF FABIAN. Behind the name lures Rolf Fabian Johannes Måbrink, previously frontman of BADGER. With help from Johan Johansson (drums), Jonas Appelqvist (bass) and Mårten Dahlroth (keys), 13 extra-ordinary tracks now surfaces on the album “It Kills!”.

ROLF FABIAN’s first single from the album, the teaser “Atischoo! Sneezed Hank W”, was released on march 25, 2009 and caused anticipation beyond what anyone could have hoped for. Thus, the standard was set.

It Kills! was released on MP3 on February 10, 2010 and is a must for fans of bands like Grandaddy and the Flaming Lips.

In the pipeline, ROLF FABIAN has an EP with 6 songs sung in Swedish, aiming for a 2011 release. Also to be released during 2011 is the second album, entitled "...of the dead"
